What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ is 500 units per item for stock packaging, and 3,000 units for custom private label packaging. Mixed-product containers are welcome.
Do you offer private label / OEM production?

Yes. We produce under your brand with custom labels, cartons, colours and formulation adjustments. Artwork templates are provided after your first inquiry.
What is the usual lead time?

15-20 days for stock formulations after deposit, and 25-35 days for custom private label orders including artwork approval.
Can you provide TDS, MSDS and certificates?

Yes. Technical data sheets, MSDS and ISO / RoHS / REACH documentation are supplied for every product and shipment.
Which shipping terms do you accept?

We work on FOB, CIF and EXW terms and can arrange documentation for sea and air freight to most destinations.
Can I order samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Sample packs are available for all six product families; sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.
